About the Cube...

The CubeManager is the new production management system that allows you to manage the workflow through your repair shop from start to finish. 

 

Our system allows you to automatically import the following data from CCC One to have the most up to date information.

  • Repair Order Number

  • Customer and Insurance Information

  • Drop off, Start Date & Completion Date

  • Estimate & Supplement Data

  • Sublets

  • Parts Data

  • Estimated Repair Hours

Additionally, you can manually import copies of the estimate(s) from CCC One and use our mobile application to have all your information in one place!

Quickly add photos from our mobile application to the repair order of the vehicle and effortlessly assign technicians to identify a customer at any point in the repair process.

Parts Management

 Easily identify parts that have been received and which ones are still needed. You can also view any parts that were removed. Quality Control Checklist items are added manually or automatically from updated estimates and supplements.

Quality Control & Notes

Each technician on the repair will have a quick way to alert the need for supplements or other issues that may arise through the repair.  Quality Control Checklist items are added manually or automatically from updated estimates and supplements.

Customer Notifications

Each repair order gives you the option to update your customers with the progression of their vehicle via text and/or email with predefined templates or custom messaging. Once finished, you are able to send out a completion survey.
